Remembering
Eleanor Hazen
1939-2008
It's
hard to mention the Wellfleet Flea Market without Eleanor Hazen in
the same sentence. Eleanor was an integral part of the Flea Market
and its growth in the in the last 30+ yrs. Starting at the
Drive-In in 1958, in her 50 year career she and longtime former
companion John "Don" Jentz built and maintained a remarkable
business that has become a tremendous asset to Wellfleet and Cape
Cod.
We mourn the passing of this incredible woman, for there was no
other like her.
John
Vincent, Jr., Elizabeth Francis, Richard Hazen III, and others look
forward to indefinitely continuing the hard work that Eleanor and
Don had done for nearly half a century.
